• Full payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Access and Preparation

• Clients must provide clear access to the property and ensure water and electricity are available on-site if required.
• All people and pets must keep away from the work area during service.

5. Liability and Limitations

• We take all reasonable care during service delivery.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or deterioration of guttering materials.
• Any accidental damage caused by our team will be assessed and resolved fairly.
• We hold public liability insurance for £5,000,000.
• If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean.
• We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

6. Weather and Safety

• Gutter cleaning can be weather-dependent.
• We may postpone services in the event of heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions.
• Safety of our staff and your property is our top priority.
